Unconditional!  That pretty much sums it up doesn’t it?  If, for any reason, a customer isn’t completely satisfied with our product they can return it to us, as stated on the guarantee form, and we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Dealers receive a packet of guarantee forms with their new program and with subsequent re-orders and may request additional guarantees at any time. We will be happy to send you more, or you can print them here.

 Like fine jewelry, Covenant jewelry is subject to wear.

· When not in use, store in a safe dry area.
· Avoid contact with cosmetics, hand lotion and hair spray.
· Remove when doing dishes or any heavy, dirty work.
· If stones become dull or cloudy, use a liquid jewelry cleaner and follow directions on the label.

To return your jewelry:

• Package your jewelry in a box to insure against further damage in shipping.
• Please do not use anything you wish to be returned.
• Enclose it with your name, address, number or email, along with a money order (personal checks cannot be accepted), for $5.95 U.S. or $14.95 Canadian per ring to cover postage and handling. Allow 4-8 weeks for return.
